Feeling connected to the earth and nature benefits our health in many ways including a sense of peace and calm, stress management, and better sleep. It helps us to clear our minds which makes us more productive when we do go back to our tasks and work. It makes us more able to be fully present for our loved ones. I’s good for the soul, and it makes us feel good!
